How long does delivery take?

Your product is customized and made especially for you.

Shipping is free and production time is usually 1 to 3 business days.

  • 🇨🇭 Switzerland: 4 to 7 business days
  • 🇫🇷 France: 5 to 10 business days

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to:

For other countries (e.g., Portugal), please contact us and we will see what we can do on a case-by-case basis.

Does the photo quality affect the result?

Yes, quite.
We recommend photos that are clear, well-lit, and in focus. The better the photo, the better the final result on the crystal.👉 If you have any doubts, you can send us the photo before ordering.

Is crystal glass?

No.
We use high-quality K9 crystal, which is more resistant and has better transparency than common glass.

Are payments secure?

Yes.
We accept secure payments via card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Twint.

Can I return a customized product?

As this is a customised product, we do not accept returns.
However, if there is a problem with your order, please contact us — we will resolve it.
